Junie May Return Policy

We do not offer refunds in the original form of payment. Below you can find our terms and policies for returns, store credits and exchanges: 

Store Credits: Eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 14-days of being delivered. Must have the original tags and no stains or odors. Store credits will be sent to the email address associated order. 

Size Exchange: Once you item(s) have been returned to Junie May Boutique, we will process and ship your new size with no additional cost! Please note: If the size you would like to exchange for is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of your original purchase at checkout. 

Clearance Items: All items sold for clearance are FINAL SALE. These items are not available for credit or size exchanges.

My item arrived damaged, what can I do? 

Oh no! We're sorry. We ask that you please look over your order as soon as it is received and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. 

How long will shipping take? 

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping of all in stock purchases. If you have selected an item that was a preorder, the shipping estimate will be listed in the product description.
